You'll have a dedicated project manager and support team guiding you throughout the entire process. We use timely meetings, collaborative planning tools, thorough implementation support, and valuable resources to keep things moving forward.

Our proven 7-step process ensures a smooth, predictable, and successful transition to your new digital solution. We partner with your team every step of the way, from initial planning to long-term support.
1. Kickoff & Strategic Alignment
We begin with a Kickoff Meeting involving all project key stakeholders. The goal is to establish a shared vision by finalizing the project's goals, reviewing the detailed process, setting the definitive timeline, identifying potential risks, and outlining immediate next steps.
2. Setup, Configuration, and Status Tracking
3LS Innovations and your key stakeholders will hold bi-weekly status meetings. These meetings ensure all setup, configuration, and any required development customizations are progressing on track. You will receive a detailed status report documenting all updates, project changes, and risk mitigation efforts.
3. Quality Assurance & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Prior to your involvement, 3LS Innovations completes rigorous internal Quality Assurance (QA). We then guide your project team through User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This critical phase ensures the software meets your operational needs and serves your team effectively.
4. Comprehensive Training & Enablement
Once testing is signed off, we provide comprehensive training to the project team in a Train-the-Trainer fashion. We equip your team with robust support materials, including user guides, best practices, and "how-to" documentation. Additional training needs will be assessed and planned collaboratively.
5. Software Rollout & Deployment
The 3LS Innovations team executes the software rollout in an agreed-upon manner. We consult with your project team on best practices for a successful launch, including developing communication schedules, preparing help guides, and setting up ongoing support tools.
6. Final Sign-Off
Following the successful rollout and ensuring all objectives are met, the project team will formally sign off on the delivery of the product.
7. Post-Launch Support & Monitoring
For the first three months post-release, 3LS Innovations and your team will continue bi-weekly check-ins to quickly address any emergent issues or updates. After this initial period, the cadence shifts to monthly support meetings to ensure ongoing optimization and success. Our dedicated support teams are also available at all times for immediate assistance.
